Risiko psikososial di industri minyak dan gas bumi (MIGAS): Tinjauan literatur naratif

Abstract
Risiko psikososial merupakan akibat dari bahaya psikososial di tempat kerja yang merujuk pada faktor-faktor dalam lingkungan kerja yang mempengaruhi kesehatan mental dan kesejahteraan pekerja. Risiko ini menjadi tantangan tersembunyi, tetapi memiliki signifikansi pada sektor industri minyak dan gas (MIGAS) karena berdampak langsung selain terhadap kesehatan mental juga pada keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3). Tinjauan tematik yang menyeluruh terhadap isu ini masih relatif terbatas, khususnya yang mengintegrasikan temuan dari artikel empiris dan tinjauan literatur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memetakan risiko psikososial pada pekerja MIGAS melalui tinjauan literatur naratif terhadap 21 artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan antara 2019 hingga 2024, terdiri dari 15 artikel penelitian empiris dan 6 artikel tinjauan pustaka. Artikel tersebut kemudian dilakukan evaluasi untuk menilai kualitas metodologisnya menggunakan instrumen Scale for the Assessment of Narrative Review Articles (SANRA) untuk menilai sebuah artikel pada tinjauan naratif. Data yang terkumpul disintesis secara induktif berdasarkan tema. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan terdapat 6 tema utama, yaitu: stres kerja dan burnout, kelelahan kerja dan beban mental, tekanan sosial dan tantangan psikososial individu, faktor organisasi dan kepemimpinan, hubungan risiko psikososial dengan keselamatan kerja, serta keterbatasan dukungan kesehatan kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa risiko psikososial bersifat multidimensional dan dipengaruhi oleh interaksi antara individu, organisasi, dan sistem kerja. Tinjauan ini memberikan kontribusi berupa sintesis berbasis bukti yang dapat mendasari pengembangan intervensi keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang lebih kontekstual di industri MIGAS berisiko tinggi.
